It depends on who the Vikings would hire to replace Leslie Frazier.

Having said that, while Frazier and his staff did a very good job in 2012,   the same can't be said for 2011 and 2013.   Frazier is probably better suited to be a Defensive Coordinator or DB Coach than a Head Coach.

The Vikings Secondary has been their worst unit this season,  especially with S Harrison Smith sidelined.   Yet, more than anything, the Vikings need better QB play than they have received this season.    Unless Josh Freeman picks up the system soon and then demonstrates he can be a long term solution,  there's a good chance the Vikings will draft a QB in the 1st Round of the 2014 Draft.
