Everybody likes to trot out Gus's overall record, but nobody could have won many games with those rosters.  Gus took the hit to his ego and his career, knowing the team would take their lumps and it would be ugly at times.  Give the guy a break.  The players play hard for him.  They may not all be on the same page yet, and the talent at several positions is still sorely lacking (DE, S, OL, PK) but the level of play this season is worlds better than the previous 2.  Gus built that.  Gus owns that locker room. 

 

This team actually has a chance for the playoffs and all everybody wants to do is blow it up and start over?  I don't get it.  Gus is still smiling, why aren't you?
