I'm sure some bullied people will see it as a solution.  Bullying adults is absolutely worthy of being terminated.  As a manager, if I find one of my employees bullying another employee, I'm going to fire them.  And when it's in something where your life is under a microscope like the NFL, it's worthy of media attention.  Just because people have been bullied, doesn't mean that it's right.
