You get what you pay for. Gus is tied for the lowest salary as a head coach. Our payroll is 30m under every team we face off in the regular season.


Hard to imagine if we had one or two more starter caliber players and a competent head coach, we wouldn't be over .500. Colts/texans/Bucs were winnable games.
