I had a post going then I scrolled up and read this.  Bullying in the adult world has come to this.  Do I think adults are bullied because they are different or even weak in some cases, sure do and thats a problem that should be handled by mgmt and HR in those cases.  The original posted article though is more about a guy who had issues at work and it seemed like Mcnabb didnt agree with it.  He showed his frustration and all the sudden thats bullying.

 

I think people need to get some thicker skin.
