Red light rollers.  Those people who slowly roll forward at red lights in anticipation of the light turning green as if getting across the intersection 20 milliseconds faster will make a difference in their day.  I once watched a rube roll completely past the stop bar and into the intersection while hunched over the wheel and craning his neck up to see the light - all the while oblivious to other cars having to steer around him.
