Frank Beamer to Retire at End of Season

My sister went to VT and one of my best friends growing up played TE for VT. For years you could pencil in Virginia Tech for 10 wins and either winning the ACC or competing for it. They made multiple BCS bowl games and even got to the BCS championship game in 2000 back when they were in the Big East. They did all that with mostly 3 star recruits. But the last 3 years Virginia Tech has been a .500 team and struggling to even win 6 games to make a bowl game. It'll be sad to see Beamer leave, but I think everyone who is a fan of Virginia Tech agrees that it's time for a new coach. I hope they pick an offensive minded coach who excels at recuiting.
