Ditto.

 

I believe that Bud Foster, due to what I've heard, may not have HC in his future.  His background qualifies him, but I believe there's something that's kept him from being heir (and from having other opportunities prior to now.)

 

The more I think of it, I'm not sure Shane is the answer either.

 

There will be a nostalgic push to keep things "in the family" (so to speak), but to pick up and move forward my gut is telling me there needs to be outside help/full retooling to lift it as high as it can go.
