Hey, that's always a terrible situation to be in. Have you considered creating anonymous/throwaway accounts on any sort of support websites, and making a post detailing your situation there? That can help in these situations. Unfortunately my knowledge of such are rather limited, but www.reddit.com/r/depression seem to be fairly supportive community where you can, at the very least, air your problems and situation into the wind and help get them off your chest.
