Dude, she - I'm not certain if you're aware of this or not but the person who made the announcement / decision was Amy Adams-Strunk, a confirmed female so machismo isn't really an issue here - thought that Mularkey (Mike freakin' Mularkey!!!) was an upgrade! Not quite certain if you're using the correct term there.
