College Football Playoff selections

Quote:Exactly, which makes it difficult for them to get in the top 4. Their out of conference schedules are generally terrible, and their in-conference opponents don't play defense. Makes it a little harder to gauge how good these teams truly are. Could they hang 60 on a good team outside of the Big 12? That's for the committee to decide. Right now they're not convinced and neither am I. Points don't matter. None of the top four teams scored 60 points every week. Look at Notre Dame - they are ranked too high because their loss was at Clemson, not how many points they scored against the lesser teams. |
