The owners share the ticket revenue from general seating. They get to keep the revenue from the luxury suites. The new stadiums are built to increase the number of luxury suites. This works well in cities like New York and Dallas where there are ample businesses willing and able to afford the luxury suites, it doesn't work well in Jacksonville.
