The NFC East is clearly the second worst division this year.

What surprises me the most is the NFC South who have gone from the worst division last year to being the best division in the NFL at the midpoint of the season. Now granted they play the AFC South this year, but even with that you really can't argue this point. The Panthers, Falcons, Saints and surprisingly even the Bucs have all surpassed expectations. Well not so much the Saints because they started so bad, but after their bad start they've managed to put themselves right back on track to at least meet expectations.
