A couple things.  He is forced to make difficult throw constantly.  I'm not sure if this is play calling or him not reading the open player in time.  He also has got to learn that sometimes no play is  a good play.  That is tough for a guy with his mind set.  I love that he wants to win.  He really does and he forces plays that aren't there.  We are going to have to deal with that until he grows out of it.  He needs to be more aware of the situation.  He needs help.  He needs some RB screens which we never seem to run and easy passes which he never seems to have.  He needs Julius Thomas to get open or make plays.  He needs some more play makers.  Bortles needs to get better, but he is our franchise QB and though we lost, we have a lot of talent to be excited about.
