I am fairly confident Doug Marrone would have this team (4-4). Marrone did way more with less in Buffalo. They had no offense in Buffalo and he still went (9-7).


Del Rio is doing a good job in Oakland as well. They are actually progressing. Del Rio has improved the offense and defense there. Gus has made our defense worse.
