As you said, this all comes back to two things: reps/experience and coaching. The reps/experience part we're witnessing first hand. His mistakes aside, you don't drop the yardage we just did against a defense as good as the Jets if you aren't good. Dare I say, I think he has a chance to be special. But nearly all of us agree he (and the team in general) need better coaching.

There's no question better coaching is needed. I don't think anyone can look at three years worth of Gus Bradley's tenure to know it isn't working. Young team, injuries whatever excuse you can throw it can't outweighs the fact that Bradley doesn't have a winning culture. He has a soft tolerant and accepting culture. That doesn't fly in the nfl. Wins matter.
