I think there's something to be said about 60% completion rate.  However, I think some people are a bit enamoured by a false stat.  It's easy to get 60% when you play a west coast offense and have a line that can give you a decent amount of protection.

 

I think BB5 is handicapped by alot of things that make it damn near impossible to get to 60%.  Our O-Line doesn't give BB5 enough time look down field when we are behind schedule in terms of down and distance.  Given this teams current make up on the o-line I'm not sure any QB except those in the 1st Tier could be successull in terms of being at 60% completion rate.

 

I give BB5 a pass in terms of the completion rate.  To me, the number of TDs and the success we have in terms of moving the ball and getting score when we need them tells me that BB5 is easily a 3rd Tier QB.  I mean, if you think he's in Tier 4, you feel he's right about average in terms of QB's, right?

 

Name me some QBs who think fall into that 4th tier?  I think BB5, once you start pointing out tier 4 QBs will clearly jump out as far and away better than those types of QBs.
