When we lined up on that play, I would bet a guy like Brady would have known that, when we snap the ball, if this defender takes just one step in a certain direction, Lewis will be wide open. I think that takes experience. Bortles will probably get that in the film room. He'll get it eventually. I think he will get it too. Not this year, maybe not next year, but when he does he is going to light it up and be a top 5 QB for a long time. I think that is the final line to cross to be a true franchise QB. |
