Yeah, that's not really how that works. You need to look at the ratio of total QBs drafted to how many turn into that caliber of player. If you're specifically using those two guys to make a point about finding guys late in the draft (as I think you were), then you'd need to look at total QBs taken in rounds 3 or later compared to how many of those turn into that caliber of player.
