I think the loss of Bruce Arians was huge for that team, also. Pep has been a downgrade.

Or perhaps you have forgotten how people were saying we need to fire Bradley and Caldwell.   Or how we need to cut Branch.   Or how people were saying our draft picks were all busts. 

 

This is the difference  between 1-15 and 5-11.   1-15 puts the coaching staff and the GM on the hot seat.   So we would get Teddy B, but our coach and GM would have one foot out the door, and our draft picks would  be widely regarded as failures.
