Yes, absolutely.   How many times must I say it?  Those 2 wins mean we have a coaching staff that can get an 0-8 team to keep playing hard.   Those 2 wins mean our team is making progress, and that our young players are making progress, and that Caldwell didn't totally screw up free agency, like has happened in the past.   YES, those two wins change the outlook.   That's what I'm saying.   Winning  is a measure of progress.   No progress would mean the coaching staff, the GM, and the players stink.   Well, they don't stink as bad as some of us thought.   That is a good thing.
