Ticket prices are going to increase with this deal, but it's very much worth it.
Next step is possibly luring in developers to place good accommodations in the area as well as provide some kind of night life or entertainment in the area other than the sports complex and amphitheater. While there are a couple of nice hotels nearby, none are really in walking distance and there really isn't much to do around them. There are 10 kinds of people in this world.
