Next step is possibly luring in developers to place good accommodations in the area as well as provide some kind of night life or entertainment in the area other than the sports complex and amphitheater.  While there are a couple of nice hotels nearby, none are really in walking distance and there really isn't much to do around them.
 

Yea, the Intuition Ale brewery going in next to the stadium is going to be a big hit before and after any event.  Did I read that Bold Bean was going in near there too, or am I imagining that?
