Kirby Smart to be named Georgia head coach

I look at the Kirby Smart hire as a good solid long term hire since Smart also played at GA.
It's almost like they went out and found a person with the closest characteristics (e.g. integrity) of Mark Richt. I can't see Mushchamp taking a lateral move. I'd think a person with the psycho personality that he has wants to be a head coach very quickly.
