Chip Kelly doesn't ever adjust his offense to the players he has. He keeps trying to run the same scheme even if the players dont fit. Thats a really big detractor. Maybe if he had all the right guys, things would be different and he would look great,but he doesn't and that's an issue.


Kind of sounds like our defense. Gus is going to run the Seattle defense with guys who don't fit.
