Our stadium doesn't present a 12th man atmosphere

Quote:Fan base grows weaker with every loss That's it. I didn't buy season tickets this year because of my travel schedule, but I finally got a chance to go to a game last week, the San Diego game, and we lost again. That is so deflating. It's hard to suck it up and keep going to games when all you ever see is losses. I remember when Detroit was in the middle of a terrible period of losses, and their stadium was only about 1/3 full. Same thing in New Orleans. I actually went to see the Jags play the Saints in 1995 or 1996 and the Superdome had about 20,000 people at most. You just cannot fill a stadium if the fans hardly ever see a victory. If the team wins, the fans go home with a good feeling, that it was all worth it, buying tickets, going to the stadium, sitting through the game, but when the team loses, the fans go home thinking they wasted their time and money.
