And what about the handcuffs on the deceased?  How many people need handcuffing after losing a shootout with 100 cops?  Yet here we have both corpses cuffed.  Their lawyer is saying they were handcuffed in the back of the SUV and dead for several hours before the "shootout".

 

Then we have the bizarre situation of the media getting into the residence and tampering with all possible evidence.  What's going on here? 

 

From what I have read and seen, there was a third person that was detained and questioned.  Not much further information regarding him/her.

 

Regarding the grandmother and baby, I assume that they were with family at another location.

 

As far as handcuffs on deceased, that's pretty standard procedure.  A law enforcement officer can't legally identify somebody as being deceased.  Also, for a law enforcement officer, the suspect's hands are important and must be secured.  This is nothing more than a standard safety measure.

 

The media entered the residence after law enforcement officials "cleared the scene", so no evidence was tampered with.  They did so with the consent of the property owner.  Any evidence was removed by law enforcement prior to that happening.
