How would you rate GM Dave Caldwells performance so far?

Yes, C D. He gets a yes overall only for the 2014 draft, if not for that draft and the Allens he would be Gene Smiff bad. A lot like Indy, if Polian doesn't draft Manning his body of work isn't too great. His FA signings have been meh, below average to me. JT was supposed to be the home run and he has been what everyone outside of JAX expected. Injury prone and underperforming.
