Manning is a top 3 QB of all time. To think that this team would fail with him as our QB is just dumb. It really is. He makes every single player (on offense and defense) better. With him as our QB, we would make the playoffs. Guaranteed. When was the last time Manning didn't win 10 games? We play in a sub-par division so winning the division would be easy for Peyton... he did it for years.

 

I think you greatly underestimate how a great QB can change a franchise or a team (Luck... did it with the same players that went 2-14 the year before.. their oline was garbage too). I will bet on Peyton to win 10 games every year, no matter what team he is on.

 

You listed 8 games you think the Jaguars would win. You don't win every game you think a team will.

 

It's not like Manning hasn't had losing seasons, and it's not like he hasn't shown over his career what happens when his offensive line can't block the guys in front of him.

 

If you want to foam at the mouth about how picking 8 wins out of a 16 game schedule if the Jaguars had a hall of famer at QB proves it's Gabbert's fault, then go ahead do it, I don't agree.
