I say Both....I supported Gus up until Sunday...Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and said he is growing with the team but he just doesn't have the multi-tasking skills it takes to be an NFL HC. His in game adjustments are NIL and his clock and time out management are bad. I personally think he has lost the locker room. The players still like him as a man but his words ring hollow to them now imo. Doug Marone for head coach and hire a new defensive coordinator.
