He does but with another year to refine his newly learned mechanics maybe he can get better with the short game.  He's getting better with his decision making although he sometimes will lock on to a guy and miss somebody wide open.  Given the season he's having even with those weaknesses, he has genuine potential to be an elite QB over the next few years.  He's got a lot of work to do to get there though.
