I think this is a simplified way to look at it.  Not saying your statement doesn't have merit, but I think the major issue is that with the CBA; they can't practice any more.  I think it's an epidemic that's just going to get worse as time goes on.  I also think it manifests itself more in undisciplined teams, which the Jaguars obviously are.
