No, that's not it. I just did not do a good enough job of explaining myself. A retraction is where the Paper themselves pull an article and make a statement along the lines of "such and such a fact was not true at all." I was looking for a term where Nawrocki comes out and states himself that he was wrong and that he probably shouldn't have wrote what he did. I know there are a few times around here at work where people use the term redact for such a thing but that may not be completely correct.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!
