Nonetheless, Trump is saying things that need to be discussed, and by discussed I don't mean just point out the most extreme part of his statement and the call it all "hate" or "unconstitutional." Clearly banning American citizens from re-entering the US is unconstitutional, but banning a class non-citizens from entering is not. Right now we have a case of someone who should have been barred from entering the US based on her history of support for terrorism getting past the vetting process. Until the vetting process is fixed I think it's reasonable to consider limiting entry to the US. "Why should I give information to you when all you want to do is find something wrong with it?" |
