Ask that question to anyone that supports Trump (I did so today) and they can't give an honest answer.  They say "ban Muslims" but don't single out the Arab person for some reason.  There always has to be another test, much like unf_nashvillian tried to do above.

 

Here is another way to phrase the question that really blows their mind.  Three men all of Arab descent, all age 22 want to apply for a student visa to enter the country.  All three claim to be Christian, but one is lying.  One is from England, one is from France and the other is from Germany all born and raised in their respective countries.  Which one gets denied?

 

The problem with Donald Trump's suggestion is that he says that he wants to "ban Muslims".  That's pretty broad and impossible to do (much like rounding up all illegal aliens in the country and deporting them).  While the idea might "sound good" to his supporters, it's impossible to do.
