With the current system, I would say none of them are banned because they claimed they are not Muslim. That is all there is to immigration at this point, right? Just check the box of your religion and on you go. You might have a background check, but if there is no information on you then you are clean. It is a very bad system that needs to be improved.

Both questions are not "loaded" questions or "gotcha" questions.  I presented those questions to illustrate the idiocy of Donald Trump saying that we need to "ban all Muslims".  There is no way to do so, but it riles up his supporters.  The same could be said regarding his "round them all up and deport them" rhetoric.

 

It's one thing to present a "wishful thinking" idea, it's another to present a realistic idea.
