Carr much better than Bortles?

Read this article, and it reminds me of what a lot of people think to this point. Saying that Carr is much better than all the 2014 QBs. In the particular article, they write "none have been effective as Carr"....???... I don't know how Carr is much more effective than bortles, heck in my humble opinion blake is better and having a better year, Blake has more yards and TDs, with a terrible o-line and average running game.... in the QB ranking they even have Jameis(11) ranked above blake(13)... is it because of our very little exposure?
