Reminds me of the old joke about this happening to one of a pair of hunting buddies. The other says he'll call a doctor and see what to do (this is the modern version with cell phones). The doctor tells him he has to suck the poison out. After he hangs up the stricken hunter asks in a hopeful voice,

"Well, what did he say?"

"He said you're gonna die."
