Nope, he just missed. The ball hit the flag, but the flag was blowing to the outside.

 

Taking a stab here, and obviously not knowing what's wrong with him...he's kicking/trying too hard on the PATs. Given his leg, he should just kick naturally. He's got plenty of leg for a PAT.
