Taking a stab here, and obviously not knowing what's wrong with him...he's kicking/trying too hard on the PATs. Given his leg, he should just kick naturally. He's got plenty of leg for a PAT.
Thanks.  From my angle it looked like the flag affected the ball.  As for his PAT kicks, it is all in his head.  I mean right after the miss he literally put the ball through the uprights on the kickoff.  You may be right, he may be kicking too hard for them.   I have a gut feeling he fixes this issue in the off season and wins the job again next year.
