Impressions From The Clots Game
|
Quote:Thanks. From my angle it looked like the flag affected the ball. As for his PAT kicks, it is all in his head. I mean right after the miss he literally put the ball through the uprights on the kicko Yeah, I agree. It's crazy to think about but the guy has a good leg and makes FGs. There's an obvious mental block he's struggling with in regards to PATs. Kudos to Bullseye for a great write up. I'd also mention #41 Nick Marshal, he got the start over Gratz (was he injured or something) and McCray (crack dealer or something) and looked really shakey in the first quarter. He came back and had a heck of a game. Also, the fumble return for a TD right before the end of the 1st half cannot be discussed enough. Honestly, I think that really turned the game around. Branch switched momentum big time with his hustle play. Lastly, I'd be remiss not to say that I think Gus coached a great 2nd half and that should be noted as well. |
