1.You didn't answer the questions.  As a general rule, is it common or uncommon for fans of a football team to express jubilation over crushing a division rival, irrespective of whether the team is used to success or not?

 

2.  Events prior to 1998 are relevant when judging Colts fans.  If they bandwagon hopped after that, success is pretty much all they know.  Because events PRIOR to inepting your way into Manning and tanking your way to Luck don't paint your organization in such a good light.
