The media has always done it that way since the NFL playoffs had 12 teams. It is about who has a realistic chance of getting in so they never show every team that is mathematically in the hunt (which right now would be most teams). I recommend paying some attention to who else is not on the "in the hunt" list for each conference because it is not just the Jaguars. |
