Pretty sure all those workouts were filmed during the offseason and pre-injury.

 He put on a little weight during his injury re-hab IMO -  and while I always thought he'd contribute meaningfully to this offense eventually - I became afraid it might not happen this year.  Glad I was wrong on the timeline. 

 

However   -  the interview was pretty cool.  I liked what he had to say and it seemed mostly genuine.
