Without question, Jack has the athletic ability (assuming full recovery from the torn meniscus) to be an outstanding OLB.

 

But the injury, and more importantly, Jim Mora's apprehension about Jack falling gives me pause.

Does he need more experience at LB?  Does he need to get bigger and stronger?

 

Granted, Mora has an interest in Jack staying another year.  But I think his concerns are legit.
