Well, don't say "of course".   Obviously it does happen but it's also common that by the time a coach is a head coach in an NFL they're experienced to a point were changes are incremental or subtle and sometimes minimal.  My point is that it is more typical for a 23 year old athlete coming out of college to see dramatic improvements in their performance than a head coach in their late 40s or early 50s.

I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.
