Jaguars' All Time Greatest Play
|
Quote:I never said that. Learn how to read. I was asking everyone what was the scoring play that made a field goal attempt necessary? I have no idea how anybody can not understand what I meant by that. You said, "What was the winning score that made the Falcons have to try a field goal in 1996? Nobody ever talks about that one because everyone knows it would not matter if Morten Andersen had made it but I think it is important to know why Atlanta was needed that to win the game." You asked what was the winning score, then you said it would not have mattered if Morton Andersen had made it. To which I replied, the winning score was 19-17, and then I asked why you said it would not have mattered if Morton Andersen had made it. And then I said, it would certainly have mattered if he had made it, it would have put us out of the playoffs. I don't know how to read? You serious? Edit: Oh, wait wait wait. You mean what was the winning scoring play. I thought you meant, what was the winning score. So you meant the winning scoring play would not have mattered if Morton Andersen had made his kick. I think you just wrote it poorly, because I read what you wrote literally. What was the winning score. AND IN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION, the last points the Jaguars scored were 2 field goals. That's all the points we had in the second half. Field goal in the 3rd qtr and FG in the 4th qtr. So the winning scoring play was a FG. |
