The only 2 QBs the Texans should have regrets about are Bridgewater (vikings jumped in via trade at 32 to take him) and Carr.  They are probably kicking themselves believing they could sell their fan base on another Carr brother.  Derek played High School ball in Houston and he was known by the fan base.  It was stupid not taking him.  Carr  was available at 33.
