Does anyone else see the similarities to the 2003 season?

Quote:In 2003 the Jaguars sucked through the first 8 games of the season going 1-7 before finishing strong in the last 8 games; 4-4 with a capable defense. Now we've sucked through the first 8 games as well but we've improved now and have a real chance of finishing strong as well. Both 2003 had a new head coach and a new GM as well as a bit of a QB controversy. I'm not sure what this all means though.
I hope this turns out to be case. Forget the draft.  This team needs to form a habit of winning.
