This would be off everyone's radar already if Peyton hadn't implicitly acknowledged that vials of HGH were sent to his wife.

All the same, while I'm completely against use of HGH by any player between July 1 and the day after the Super Bowl, if the drug aids in recovery or rehabilitation, why not allow its use during the offseason? I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on HGH, so if a regimen of shots in April can impact performance in September, then that's an obvious no-go, but if the effects won't carry over into training camp and beyond, allowing its use to speed recovery would make sense to me.
